Preparing the Design/Logo for Printing:
Screen printing requires separating the colors in the design and creating a screen for each color. The art needs to be in an AI (Adobe Illustrator) or EPS format. These formats will allow our artist to manipulate the size of the logo and maintain clarity in doing so. This will keep your finished print nice and crisp.
If you don’t have your art in an AI format, one of our artists can re-create your image for you. The cost of doing so depends on the difficulty of the logo and the time it will take to recreate it. We can give you an idea on the art cost once we see what you are looking to have printed.
Screen printing pricing is based on the following:
- Number of items to be decorated with the same logo in the same location,
- Number of print locations
- Number of colors in each print location.
Screen Printing Specifications:
- Minimum order: 12 pieces.
- Preferred Turnaround Time: 12-14 Business days from submitting your art and order quantities.
- Deposit: *Since this is a custom based business, we require a 50% deposit. A rush charge will be added for orders that need to be completed before 10 days.
- Estimates/Quotes: Valid for 10 working days.
- Screen Requirements: A separate screen is needed for each color in the design and for each location. There is a charge for each screen required at each location.
- Added Pieces: Quantities cannot be changed within 5 days before an order is due as we have to allow time for ordering and shipping.
- Design/Art/Proofing Time: Art charges may apply depending on the format of your artwork. Call us, and we can assist with estimates on your art and if any charges apply. Upon completion of the artwork, an email proof will be sent for final art approval.
